BAGUETTE MOULDER

The baguette moulder is a machine especially designed for laminating the typical French bread loaf.

Devices for the adjusting of laminating rollers and belts are installed in front position to allow the machine to be placed next to other bakery equipment. It can also be installed on a special steel structure equipped with rotating wheels. The three laminating rollers are made of non-stick acetal resin which is a non-toxic material of great durability and easy to clean. Actually, the machine can laminate very hard dough.
