Dough sheeters model SH500/600 are conceived to satisfy each client’s need: from the smallest bakery to the largest bread and pastry production. In fact, our yearly experience in the production of floor-standing dough sheeters has led us to develop a versatile machine which is intuitive to use thanks to lever-pedal control, easy to handle through its rotating wheels and space-saver thanks to its foldable planes.
Our dough sheeters are available with structure made of stainless steel or painted steel and are equipped with inverter for energy saving, conveyor belts and scrapers are made of polyurethane to facilitate cleaning operations.
Mechanical components are covered by protection grids and installed inside the structure to allow the operator to work in safety conditions.
The side handle allows to adjust the opening of the laminating rollers and in the event of big dough production it is possible to customize it with planes up to 800 wide.
